Odyssea Lights Help!

Anyone know the manufactures website for Odyssea? I recently purchased a 2-39w T5 fixture and while trying to install it with my new HQI setup, the light suddenly stopped working...checked the ballast and all, cant seem to find the answer...:irked:

If you find it and even if they cannot refund your product I suggest you not to use it. Many incidents cited for burning out and near house fire conditions. Other members here who have bad experience with them can chime in. I think this product should not hit the market unless they up the design and qulaity control.

BTW - I have one of these lights - however I ripped it out the ballast for a electronic one :splitspin

Chris, sorry to say this but it seems like a lost cause with Aquatraders. I've heard soooo many bad stories about them and Oddysea fixtures. Good luck.

Thanks, but i didnt get the fixture from aquatraders, just looking to email/phone the manufacturer on how I could possibly get a new ballast (the only logical explanation as to why it stopped working)....

Oddysea ballast are really cheaply made. I would suspect that its the cause. They're a fire hazard as well. Best bet is to return it and get your refund if you can.
