Black Ich

I am sure my fish has Black Ich. I have a yellow tang thats eating great and has black dots on him maybe 20-30 dots on each side. From the way it looks he is eating really good and all I would love to remove him from the tank but I dont want to stress him out anyone have some ideas?

Also, I wouldn't worry about stressing out the fish, as he currently is stressed out by the parasite that he currently has, and by removing the parasite from the fish, killing it, the fish in the end will have less stressed.
