Bayer advance insect killer coral dip

How much of this do I use per gallon of water? Also what can I dip in this and what shouldn't be dipped in this stuff?

i only make a quart, i marked the bottle 4ml per liter. so 16ml per gal.

I just picked some up in NY (Rockland county). Maybe it is not available on ythe island.
Is it safe for lps and zoas?
