Need some advice on these new LEDs

I am trying to make the choice between the following led lights this pendant like a double kessil http://m.alibaba.com/product/1528692127/2013_Big_Promotion_High_PAR_Cheap.html. Or the basic d120 full spectrum with LCD screen timer I'm trying to light a mixed reef any input would be appreciated .

The first are COB. I know that company well. I just don't like the current layout they are using. Basic d120 doesn't have timer but then again I suggest just using outlet timers and save the $$$. If you aren't in a rush and do want a timer Id wait for the new Evergrows next month but they won't be cheap (not super expensive either Im sure but more like IT line).

It's not ever grow but same thing same layout but has a LCD screen was on page 30 was to lazy to go get it so both are around $100 shipping is what kills me I need like 8 I couldn't see a layout for the first one do you have I do on them this really is a great help . What else would I do on my birthday than buy a shitload of LEDs hahah. By the way alibaba was the site I used . Thanks

I currently love my D120 over my 29g. it takes a while to break in but i enjoy how it looks

They said they can customize the layout on the first one also just like the kessil look must have crazy shimmer just want to know what it's spread is if it's not 24 inches might as well forget it lol

If you getting that many definitely don't get them with built in timers it will cost way more than just buying a controller if you don't already have one.

I read there uv melts after a while and what worries me is the other has no uv
