How did Unz lose his eye?

I have had Unz for about 6 months and am not sure how Unz lost his eye. Was it just crappy genetics, was Unz attacked or was it due to a bacteria infection? When I got Unz his one eye was a little cloudy. It wasn't terrible. His eye is now clear.

Any guesses on how Unz list his eye? The first picture is when I first got him. The second picture was just taken.

Does he have any tank mates? If so what are they? How is the water parameters Im not sure if severe cases of cloudy eye could cause it to simply disengrate...doubt it. Most likely if you have a trigger fish they are the main eye pickers

Just him, a coral catshark, miniatus grouper and a domino damsel. I got him with one eye, traded a bag of calurpea for him.

The skin under his eye looks natural. Doesn't really look like something was ripped out. Guess it might just go down as one of the mysteries of the world.
