Crocea Clam.. Is it oK?

Just got a Crocea clam a few days ago and over the past few days it seems to be coming more and more out of its shell. See the pics. Is this normal/ok? Does the clam seem healthy? This is my first one so I'm a little parnoid.

Looks healthy to me. It's even displaying new growth.

good mighty fine to me too. but when it extends too upwards, its trying to get closer to the light source.

Yeah, no need to worry (today) - that clam looks fine.

WHat kind of lighting you have it under - as RM said, it seems to be reaching for the stars so to speak.
