Probably not, but I have found one where the livestock has a better success rate in my tank. Not sure why but I guess I'll be making a longer drive for fish.

In your first post it was about a crab and now 13 posts later it's "livestock" have you had other problems with them?
Perhaps a simple phone call or even better go in and see someone as soon as something passes away not wait 2 days to ask on a forum and drag it out with 13 post. That's not helping your situation at all.

Sorry to sound harsh but really people what happened to humans interacting in person. I have had a number of times gotten stuff taken care of by LFS by just being human and a simple hay how do you do?,maybe you can help me out I was in here yesterday and I acclimated my carb and did everything by the book but it died the very next day is there anything you can do for me?
Not sure but to loose a customer over a $5 crab I can't see a LFS dooing.
Also things die fish,coral,crabs most come from half way around the world and are handled by multiple people and shipments until they end up in our tanks it's a wonder anything survives........it's a dame crab man:fishhit:

Pets Warehouse is a great store. I can't see them getting negative feedback over this BS. This thread is essentially a feedback thread and doesn't belong in the General Discussion forum IMO.

Talk to the owner. He is a nice guy and will take care of you. I just recieved corals in upstate with a bunch of freebies. I doubt he will not help you with a crab. He is moving hundreds of high end corals here. A crab dying is the least of his problem.

Talk to him and let us know what he said. Since you started this thread I wanna know the outcome.

I've always had great success with livestock from PW, so I don't know their return policy. I've gotten a lot of stuff from them over the years and they have offered to take back livestock from me that was healthy but not compatible with my other fish.
I also had a fish die during acclimation that I bought from Aquarium Village and I received store credit, no questions asked.

It seems like the people causing trouble are the people who have a man crush on petsware house. The guy asked a question about the return policy and it is getting interpreted as negative feedback. The original poster is also getting mocked by being told his question should be in the Whaaa thread. In all fairness if my comment was causing trouble other peoples comments were too.
