Coralux storm/storm x

Has anyone used or no much about these? I've always wanted to make an led fixture with a control like this. I was going to use the dim4, and one thing I liked about that one was you can run 3 LEDs per channel without a driver which makes it good for a nano tank. Does anyone know if the storm or storm x is like this? I like that one better then the dim4 and if you can do a small amount without drivers that would be nice

Pretty sure you need drivers for storm controller.

I am using Storm X with 10 Channel and fixture is almost complete and Its very simple and easy to use and I you will go this route, I would highly recommend you to go with StormX. This unit can control 16+ channels and you have option to add more channels in near future.. You will have to use the LDD drivers that works the best with this controller. This comes with Sunrise, Sunset, Lunar moon, cloud, thunder storms etc..
