I have a biocube 14 and back chamber area is small and already have a full media basket with purigen floss and some denitrate rock in a bag but my nitrates are still more then I want about 12 to 16 when I do my weekly water change. I have a brs reactor and since I don't have a lot of water I don't need a lot of media in it so I decided to place seachem matrix on top to lower nitrates the flow wasn't that affected by the matrix. What do u guys think of this setup
