Dc8 help !

I'm tying to connect a DC8 to my APEX. I have the control cable connected. Module added and i setup my outlet but nothing happens. ANY suggections?

just got it working. I had set them and tested everything prior to swapping it in but apparently i hit one of the switches while installing it. AHHHHHHH lol. I think I'll leave the ATO setup for another day.
