white spagetti leather (Frag question)

I purchased a pure white spaghetti leather (with long pink flowing feeders) that has been one of my favorite and most unique pieces. The base is about the size of a softball and it's getting huge. I've debating on fraging some sections of it but i'm just nervous i might damage it. I've never seen another pure bleach white spaghetti and i'd hate to loose it. Has anyone fraged one of these yet? If so how did it go?

IME Leathers are easy to frag. Just cut the piece you want and let it mount onto a piece of rubble rock or a disk.

Yup, just take a pair of scissors to it. IF it's healthy it will bounce back without skipping a beat.

Not yet. I wasn't home most of today. I lost the frag i got from you also. We'll its in there somewhere but I think my shrimp was playing on it and knocked it off. Can't figure out were it went. I fragged some stuff earlier but just didn't get to the leather yet. Might try tom but my frag racks are kind full.
