Anyone using a Jebao DP-4 Doser. I Have a Question

I set up my pump and calibrated all 4 pump heads. Reading of 185 or 187 on all pump heads when calibrated to 100mls as instructed. Well I set up to dose 4x a day, 5ml a dose for both Ca and Alk. I watched it go and noticed it seemed like a small amount. I caught the dose the next time and noticed it was about 1/10th the size of the programmed dose. When I changed the dose to 50ml, it dosed 5ml, pretty much exactly. I'm wondering if I'm not seeing a tenthusiasm increment or something when programming, or in anyone else has had a similar issue or doses small doses (under 10ml) and has any feedback. Thanks!!

I dose 9ml 10 times a day. Alk at night to help with PH and Cal during the day. Works perfect and set to 9ml

Well I recalibrated all 4 pump heads again and now it's working right on point... Strange

How do you calibrate the doser?

From the main display, I think u hit the up arrow, it'll say pump calib. Then choose a pump, hit enter.have a 100ml measuring container ready, hit the up arrow to begin the procedure. When it fills exactly 100ml, hit the up arrow again to stop it, then enter to store the value. Should be between 180 and 220. Then repeat for each individual pump. Also make sure you've bled the air out of the lines.
