What's the best frag tank out there ?

I have bout 22inches wide , 15 inches deep , and 22 inch high maybe 24 inches and trying to ad a frag tank under my main display tank... It's kinda dead space under the tank there fore debating just having a frag tank in the space . Nothing cray , just something to grow a few things that I can clip and just make trades with all you awesome members. Let me know and ideas on tanks and how to run them. I have a 34 gallon Red Sea max and a jbj 6 gallon . Have kinda mastered it a little , but as far as corals , additives ., lights ? T5 or led ? I'm a bit clueless . Any info is appreciated
