Bought vdm to control radions need wxm ???

Ok so was told I needed vdm to control my radions LEDs
Now I'm reading I need wxm

Is there anything I should keep the vdm for or should I just sell it

you need the wxm for radions for any ecotech products I have a used one I can sell you if you want no need for it anymore
