new fish have ich

guys,
just picked up some damsels from petco. and it seems like they ich.
what can i do?

Unfortunately very little. If u can get them out and treat them in a quarantine do it. As for any other livestock in the tank..just hope they are strong enough to fight it off. Run a uv if u have one...and most importantly stop buying from petco...seems the norm from them.

and a tank fallow. You can do tank transfer method for your fish but I am finding no really reliable ich free source.

Are you sure its ich? Are you talking about that one dot on its fin? Or are there mutiple tiny dots on its body?

Do you have other fish in the tank?
