I just got 4 boxes of Live Rock from Flying Fish Express and wanted to share my review. First, there was a SNAFU early on in that it was supposed to arrive yesterday, and I even called to verify (they said it would for sure arrive as scheduled) but one of the guys at FFE called me at 5:00PM Pacific (8:00PM my time) and left a message (I had stepped out) on my machine that the box of jumbo fiji rock wouldn't arrive for three more weeks!
When I called him back at 5:30 Pacific they had already closed. In the morning (yesterday) I called back and asked about the other 2 boxes I had ordered of normal fiji and they said that those had been put on hold too. They then offered 2 boxes of hand picked fiji (larger pieces) at the price of the normal fiji because of the screw up.
Anyway, I got the boxes today and did some aquascaping. Sad thing is I will probably need another 90 lbs to finish. (the 4 boxes were 45 lbs each) The pieces in the two hand picked fiji were nice, most about 10-16" in diameter with some good shapes. The rock is more dense than some I have seen and has some life on it. The corraline growth was OK, but not as good as other rock I have purchased in the past.
In the normal fiji boxes, one had mostly good sized pieces, 8-14" in diameter and the other box had primarily rubble, with few pieces larger than a soft ball.
All in all I give the rock a 7 out of 10.

Also, my skimmer (I bought one from MyReef) is going nuts! It is putting out some serious froth!
