Aqua C Remora Pro, Mag 3, & Prefilter box users please h

I've got my Mag 3 connected on to the skimmer with a short hose and something similar to a zip tie but the prefilter box doesn't seem to want to stay on. The 3 screws that supposed to help hold it on doesn't seem to make good contact with the mag 3 and the box falls off.
Any suggestions or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

ireef: I found that only one of the set screws actually made contact with the powerhead on mine, so you may have to move the box up and down until you see it align. Also, make sure that the powerhead is securely fastened the hose so that it doesn't drop off during operation. Also use the set screws on the box that attach to your tank to add support. I do think the design could have been a little better but in general, I am very happy with mine. It does a great job of skimming.
