need o-ring for aqua ultraviolet sterilizer wiper rod

The little o-ring/waasher for my 15 watt Aqua Ultravilet sterilizer is leaking. It is where the rod for the wiper goes in and out of the unit.
I took it and it very hard. That is probably why it is leaking. I can not find anyone online that sells that part? Any help would be appreciated.
