I hope it is good. One of my 660s burned, and I just sent it back to them. It worries me that there was no return #, and their return dept is only open 1-5pm. Please post experiences with them, so I will have an Idea what to expect.

They are fantastic! You'll come home one day and find a surprise on your porch. Mine was free of charge and that was after the place I bought it from botched the wiring job. And I believe it was less than a week too.
