Cooling Fan Question

I wish to install cooling as my temp is starting to swing upwards. Radio Shack has fans that you can order, but are they pre-wired or do they need to be wired? The web page doesn't say and the sales people don't know because they are not a store item.

If they are the radioshack 4" AC powered fans (which I use) then they do not come w/ a cord. You can buy an extension cord for a buck and wire it to the fan and voila!
