Hi Folks,
Marinedepot.com seeks Customer Service Representatives to act as the front line contacts with customers. Primary duties are to be a problem solver and to provide information to our customers. Our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing information on the specifications and proper use of products offered for sale on the Marinedepot.com website as well as responding to customer e-mail and phone inquiries regarding shipping, order tracking, returns, order status, return policies, site navigation, etc. in a quick and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, positive attitude about providing superior customer service in accordance with specified goals for structure, quality and efficiency. Must have Marine and Reef Aquarium knowledge.

Must be computer savvy, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products, and able to learn new software with relative ease.

Candidates should be highly self-motivated, possess an excellent work ethic, and be extremely diligent about excellent customer service. Qualified candidates are team players and will be willing and able to contribute to the ideas and energy of the Marinedepot.com team and thrive in a high-energy environment.

Regular and prompt attendance is required. Scheduling flexibility necessary. Job may require hours that exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during peak periods.
