Yes actually bought one 2 months ago for Reef Fanantic. When you say fully assembled, not sure what you mean. I bought the ice cap balast and end caps, which you have to wire yourself. Then you have to buy the bulbs seperate. Balast do not come wired to end caps because there is more than one way to wire them depending on number of bulbs. The Ballast is fully assembled and comes with an aluminium mounting bracket/ heat sink. Ice cap is a quality product!
