Caribbean live rock, Leng Sy Ecosystem Method and 14oz of Marineland carbon (changed on a weekly basis) nothing else.

I have a 180 G Oceanic system w/ 29 G sump and 10 G Refugium. Filtration includes a DSB (250# of oolitic sand (Southdown)), 250# of Figi LR, an Evolution 750 Skimmer and a refugium that has a DSB, LR and caulerpa racemosa for nutrient export. That's it for me!
