Sentry 5 dosing pump

hey guys i got this dosing pump a very long time ago but haven't set it up. @ first the person that sold it to me told me all i had to do set up the amount of ml i would like to dose per day but then he told me that it wasn't that simple. can someone w/ real knowledge help me out here. how do i set this thing, i might just do a trial w/ reg water to see how it works out
