Sunseeker worth repairing?

Hi, I recently got a Sunseeker VHO ballast at a flea market $20 (they said it worked). Of course, I got home and it did't =( but anyways, is this worth getting repaired? Does lifereef repairs these? Anyone have experience with sending these units in for repair? thanks

Open it up and check the fuse. It may be that easy. Mine has a small 10amp fuse (that is soldered in place)
