Ordering Iwasaki & PFO retro 250w or 400w which is less

I'm ordering pfo retro with iwasaki 250w or 400w bulbs from PA.Which bulb and ballast will produce white light or look less yellow?I'm not going to run any actinic lights.Some say 400w is whiter and some say 250w are whiter.Pics of iwasaki only would be helpful.

Here's what I have seen. The 250 watt looks about the same on either the MV (EYE) or MH (standard) PFO ballast. I would go with the standard ballast here. The 400 looks better with the MV ballast but is still a little yellow.
