Sea Swirls

I have never used sea swirls before (and yet I found myself recommending one to someone because of the little I have heard about them), and was wondering if any of you can relate your experience with them? Also, I have seen pictures of them, and they seem to have plug. Are they electric? Any input would be appreciated.

baisicly an electric return nozzle that moves side to side. Very cool. I have had mine for about a month and they work great.

I love mine, provides great current variation, and keeps all those powerheads out of the tank..

The seaswirl incorporates two 90 degree turns, so a drop of roughly a two feet of head pressure.
