I bought an AquaFX Barracuda RO/DI unit a couple of months ago and I didn't go to set it up until last week. I then realized that the connector that connects the product water line (the blue hose) to the unit was broken during shipping. I emailed AquaFX but haven't received a response. After reading several posts about the troubles they've been having I don't expect one any time soon.

So my question is, does anyone know where I would be able to find this connector? Is this something that HD would have?

Try calling them. Every time I've spoken with them on the phone, they've done a great job.

E-mail will not usually get you far or fast when dealing with ANY company.

Thanks Ty. Actually Dave from ReefPure offered to send one out to me today. So problem solved.

From the service that I received from Dave and ReefPure to help me out with a product that I did not purchase from them compels me to recommend them to anyone that is looking for any water filter products. They definitely got my vote.

I'll go with Ty on this. I've always called them and have never had anything less than stellar customer service.
