Hi, well I've been looking through my books on the fighting conch and can't find anything specifically on them. But there's info on the true conchs, Family: Strombidae Basically they like moderate light, moderate water movement, and it says all conchs can be housed with fishes. However some sessile invertebrates will be considered food and eaten and others may be damaged or loosened from the substrate by the conchs'clawlike extensions. They all like temperatures of between 22 and 28 C. For food they usually accept pieces of fish or mussel flesh. Good luck. I think you should hang in there for the animals sake, God! think of where they'd be without you looking out for them.
