I just caught my big turbo snail on my ochtodes (blue ball algae). It was eating it. I did not know turbo ate macro algae?? Is it just that pig of mine or is it frequent to see those kind of snails do that?? It is about 2 1/2 - 3 inches big. Time for it to return to the LFS.

Send him my way instead! I can always use more snails. By the way, I've seen my turbos eating my star polyps before. It was just one of them, but there's a hole in my star polyps' mat to show for his efforts!

tks at least I know I did not have hallucinations! I also had doubts that he was the culprit that ate my yellow polyps too.. well he or the tons of hermit crabs that were on the rocks but that huge thing spent a day and a night on those polyps before they slowly disapeared completly.. there is no doubt he has to go.. as to send it your way I do not think it would be worth it

also he is more of a bulldozer then a cleaner..cant keep anything not glued down in the tank, not even polyps
