Southdown in Jax

Does anyone know what happened to the "Every thing you wanted to Know About Southdown" Thread? I want to drive to Fla and Pick a truck load up? But i cant recall the name of the Co in Jacksonville,that Barges it in from the Bahamas? Thanks

Hey, guys. I'm new here (just joined) and I too live in Jax., FL. I have yet to find Southdown myself. Maybe you can point us to the thread you're talking about. By the way, if any of you Jax. residents haven't had the chance yet you need to check out Atlantis Aquarium (used to be Bio-Reef). It's an awesome store with a knowledgable staff. Actually, I can't speak for everyone but there is an employee there by the name of Ben who is very knowledgable and is not out for the $$$. He's been a great help to me. Thanks. Lance.

Thanks for the heads up about Atlantis Aquarium. I'll have to check them out. I still haven't heard anything about the Southdown here in Jax. Hopefully someone will know on this forum? I thought about going to home depot and seeing if they can special order it from another store. It's worth a shot anyways. I was also going to give www.purearagonite.com a ring and find out what their shipping costs are to Jax. I'll let you knwo what they say.
