I have a old hood from a 30/g tank that I am going to use on my refuge. It has two 55/w pc's and one NO bulb in it.
I was wondering what would be better for the refuge the pc's with a certain bulb or the one NO bulb with a plant bulb in it? All the bulbs now are old and bad so I have to get new ones any way.
The refuge is a 20/g long tank. I would like to keep it full with plants or all types. I am putting about 3" of sand in it and seeding it with sand from my reef tank.
