I got a hand-me-down 3/4" sea swirl and have to slightly redo the plumbing under the tank. Quick overview of the plumbing setup...
The return is 1.5" PVC pipe that is split via the wye into each of the 3/4" returns. Currently the top of the wye is capped. I was thinking of cutting off the cap and plumbing it to the 3/4" sea swirl. I would have to add 2 1.5" 90º elbows and reduce it to 3/4".
My concern is having enough pressure (even though my return pump is a Sequence 4600) for returns and the sea swirl. The flowrate is about 2600 gph @ 16' of head. If the pressure is not a concern, should I get a second sea swirl and plumb it on the other side of the center brace?

Until you try it it's impossible to guess. You can always put a valve on the other lines to reduce flow there and increase to the sea swirl. You can also use flexible PVC on the new line to minimize head loss to the sea swirl.
