hello!! just wondering if i could get a little help with lights,i will be setting up a90 gal all-glass tank,it is 48Lx18Wx25H. I have about 90lbs of live rock, one leather coral, and mushroom coral all has been in smaller tanks for at least a year.I would like to put all of it in one tank. Was thinking of two 175w metal halides,i would like to keep assorted soft corals, and having good luck with what little i have. There are so many ways to do this and i would like to spend my money wisely, any help would be great, thanks!!

I also have a 90 and I started out with PC lighting, but then wanted to keep sps, so I upgraded to 400 watt mh. The only advice I can give is if you think you might want to keep sps, I'd go with 250 or 400 watts instead. It will save you a lot of money in the long run if go the road I did, otherwise 175 watt mh is plenty for softies.

I currently have a 90G tank, and I'm using [2] 250Watt 6,500K Iwasaki, complemented by [4] URI Super Actinic R.
If you want, PM me and I will tell you where I got the MH ballast at just $140.00 to handle both MH bulbs.
Regards.
