around 14-15 (circa '77) weren't many great books around, then :wink:

a 30 gal tank w/3-4" of cc, two large pieces of lr, 'shrooms,caulerpa, and red tree sponges that grew like crazy-still have pics buried somewhere

My roommate got a 34 gallon, which I thought was "huge" at the time. He doesn't keep tanks anymore, and he thinks I'm crazy. He MIGHT be right....

I started reefkeeping in December 1999, so that'd be about 2.5 years ago...which would make me 29 when I started. However, I did have freshwater tanks back when I was 10 or so...
