I don't believe I've seen a poll on this, and since I'm the resident poll-master, here's one that I think we might all find interesting and useful for new hobbyists. Feel free to elaborate in the thread ;)

Yeah, I'm one of those. I'm actually using 3 methods, but just choose what your primary Ca system is. Listing a bunch of combinations would make this a excrutiatingly long poll :P Feel free to give details by posting info.

Kalkwasser.

AND IT ISN"T WORKING ANYMORE!!
Kalk alone will not keep my ca above 350. :x
I am sloooowly building my own calcium reactor.

I blame it all on the rampant growth of this weed like plating monti I have.

I started out using Seachem products (reef builder and reef advantage, or reef complete, if memory serves. Then i moved to kalkwasser for all makeup water at 2 tsp kalk per gallon. After a while (and adding animals) that wasn't cutting it. So i started adding B-Ionic as well. I wound up adding 90ml per component each day. That was getting to be a PITA, so I join the MACO calcium reactor class, built a reactor and have been using that exclusivley for 4 or 5 weeks now. I haven't had any problems mainting CA, ALK, and Ph so far.

I figure I'll add a Nilson Reactor once I get my 300 going.

Kalkwasser via nielsen reactor. Mulberry, if you want to increase CA level, you could increase evaporation (eg. creating more surface turbulence), so you can allow more kalk water into the tank.

Use both, Ca reactor and nielsen reactor. Cantell that despite evaporating 7 gal/day, the nielsen reactor does not really add much of anything.

I use both a Ca and a Kalk reactor as well. I voted for the Ca reactor because I couldn't keep my Ca levels up with kalk alone anymore. OTOH, the Ca reactor could handle it solo...

Gosh, I feel like a 3rd nipple! I use a 2 part from Warner Marine. I only have a 33L. I've got lotsa coralline and a decent number of sps frags and a Monti. It seems like my sand keeps my calcium up pretty good cause I only have to add about every 3rd day. My coralline is growing fast, but I wish my acros and seriatapora were growing faster.

As noted above I use both Nielsen & calcium reactors. I definetly notice a chnage in my corals opening when my Nielsen is low in viable kalk. I do not test for calc & Alk as I used to, since everything is doing & growing quite well. After three years I now have to keep trimming my corals to prevent overgrowth. ( tank is 180g)

Kalkwasser thru Nielsen Reactor and B-Ionic 2part (30ml each per day)
Keeps my moderate stocked 75g at 9.6dKH Alk and 390-410ppm Ca.
