I have a tube of "Aquamend" underwater repair epoxy. It's basically a fiberglass repair epoxy. It's tube shaped, 2 different colors, when you squish them together it starts curing. Anyways, I was repairing my outdoor pond (no fish) and couldn't believe what an amazing adhesive this was. Cured in an hour. Cement strong. Now I'm guessing this isn't reef\fish safe or I would of heard of it by now. Or Hey, maybe it is. I'll leave it up to the chem. pofessionals. It's made by Polymeric Systems Inc.
