Diamond Lumenarch III Reflector

I purchased one of these a few months ago directly from the manufacture

I tried to call them today to order another and the telephone number is out of service. I tried the regular number (707) 763-3994 and its also out of service.

DOes anyone know what happened to them. I really want another reflector from them.

No idea, but why don't you pick one up from another online vendor instead of direct? Call Pacific Gardens up and ask about getting a reflector only if that's all you're interested in. You might wanna ask what happend to Diamond while you're at it

I went direct because they custom made the hood for mee to try out. It has two 4" vent holes and a sheet of glass so that I can place it closer to the water and vent the hot air outside the house. It was expensive, about 130 with shipping, but this reflector is the best i have seen.

Ah, I see. Well, let us know what pacific says about Lumenarc. I heard some rumours about them being absolved or absorbed by another company, but I never confirmed this news. Hopefully, they're just offline temporarily.

i think there out of bussiness, if you can find some one who carries there reflector, or has some left please post here because i cant find any.

Just called Pacific GArden Supply and they said that Diamond is no longer in business. They had 1 left of the Lumenarch 3 vented and I just paid over 170 for it. Ouch!!! They did say that their owner helped design the reflectors for Diamond and that around 3 weeks from now or so, they will have their own version available, but not vented. I was also told will be about $110 per hood, which is more than Diamond sold them for.
