If it is, it is no better than any scattered reports of any fish eating them. Biological controls are really hit and miss.

I recommend siphoning and then flatworm exit. Flatworm exit is safe, flatworm body juices are not.

I would siphon as many as possible before treatment. Use airline tubing with some ridgid tubing an you can get them really well without taking out too much water.

Ahh, crying baby! Do a search here on on RC and you will see many posts on how to do it.

Carbon in a canister is critical, as is having water for a water change.
