I am getting an established tank, 90 gal., with lots of live rock, 150 lbs. , some corals, and a few fish. I have the capability of getting the water and sand and setting up within the same day. I don't have the extra room to store the rock, corals and fish. If I reset up this tank with it's original water within the same day and assuming no logistic problems can I reintroduce the fish and corals immediately?

You should be able to. I moved all of my critter and live rock to a storage tub then back to the tank a week later with no problem. Floor project. Here are my suggestions.

1. If the tank has a DSB ditch it. If you disturb it you will nuke the tank. If you choose to go DSB you can reestablish it later. I'm in process of doing this and I am not haveing any problems.
2. Keep all of the live rock under water and circulating with a power head. I kept better than half of my LR in a tub with 2 power heads not a problem.
3. Do a large water change when resetting up. I have a 110 and ended up throwing out the last 30 gallons due to the nasties it picked up. When I reset up I added 50 gallons of new SW and 60 of the water I kept.
4. since you are in Ohio make sure you keep you critter and LR warm between 78-82F. This will minimize the die off. Fish and corals should be good for 24 hours in a bag is packaged well.
5. Expect it to take longer than you think. My reset up took all day and I was only moving from one room to another. Make sure you have plenty of time on your hand and help if you can get it.
6. Get a couple of rubber maid tubs. If you see that it is going to take you longer than you have you can put the fish, corals and LR in to a couple with some power heads and heater and buy youself some time. Like I said before my critters lived this way for a week.

Good Luck
