Garlic for marine Ich - how do you feed it?

First of all who has used garlic for marine Ich with success?
And how do you prep it? I've tried mincing garlic and feeding it to fish, but they will not each it. When I crash a few cloves, there's very little juice coming out... not sure how to prep it...

Mysis and brine shrimp mixed with other foods, soaked in Selcon or Zoecon (same thing), then add 2-3 drops of Kent Garlic Extreme. Bon apetit!

I soak flake food with several drops of garlic extract I get from a health food store. Keep feeding them this mixture for at least one week after all ich is gone

Kent's Garlic Extreme worked for me. I just soaked some flake food in it, and added some mysis.
