wierd long red worms

there are these red long worms that look like they do things as groups.
i put some sirpula flake in the tank and it fell to the bottom and all these worms caught it, there were a few groups in the dsb. they also like to grab things and pull it in to thier little mound.

what are they?, what eats them?

Either bristleworms or spaghetti worms, both good for your tank.
