I was in the hardware store and saw something that looked just like the underwater putty available from two little fishies and elsewhere. Is this the same stuff? It looks quite similar, but the core portion looks "gold", not sure about that...
Some of these two-part epoxies contain metal. Read the labeling carefully. I've been using a two-part plumber's epoxy from True Value for many years without a problem.
