Skimmer question

From last 1-2 weeks, my skimmer produced only a bubble/foam with quitely clean and white. Accumulated waste for 1 week is slightly yellowish comparing to the past, they're dark brown color.

And my question is, my water quality is high or my skimmer have a problem? I haven't seen my skimmer produced a clean bubble like this before.. Do I need to turn it off?

Additional question, how do i know that my skimmer is overskimmed? And does it really skimmed the trace element out? I've heard someone in here said that skimmer only skim the protein!

This is perfectly normal. Your skimmer will not always have excess nutrients to pull out. This is actually a good thing sometimes. Also certain additives can cause a skimmer to change from its normal opperation, buffers will do that.
