I would say the two fish mentioned would be OK together. You would probably have to avoid big, boisterous fish with the firefish though. What else are you planning to add?

There's a short article on the bicolor blenny in this month's Coral Magazine.

They should be fine, especially if you have a small group of firefish (added security). Like what Expos was leading to, firefish are quickly startled by fast moving and active fish. This may make feeding difficult.

If you have SPS, you may want to avoid the bicolor. Specimens have been known to feed on SPS polyps.

Ive kept firefish with many many other species of fish and I have NEVER had a problem other than the skittishness (is that even a word?) of the darts. They are very very shy and like reefnuts says, any fast moving fish will keep them nervous and hidden. Even in this circumstance though, they will adapt just like any other animal. Cant go wrong with darts, love em.

im planning on adding- 1 coral beauty, 1 false percula clown, 1 bi colour blenny and obviously the one fire fish/goby/dart. most say this list is sound but i was wondering if the coral beauty is to active for the fire fish?
also arent fire fish prone to agressivness with fellow species? just what i read some where or another.
thanks

I had 2 firefish in my 75 until one went carpet surfing. Never had a prob. But there is allways the potential for aggression. It's hit or miss with any fish, but you should be fine with the coral beauty.
