What is the best way to ship live rock? I heard that you can just wrap it in newspaper and can be safely shipped two day air. Is this correct?

You can do that as most lfs receive it that way.

Most LFSs receive it after it's been sitting dry for longer than that. Sometimes it will sit dry in boxes for a week or longer before it hits a tank.

I have to recommend www.premiumaquatics.com as a great source of live rock. With the time of year and the weather outside, I would spend the extra change and get it shipped overnight as well.
