I'm stupid and I bought a Maiden Goby on a whim, without knowing that it ate pods, I was told it ate the bacteria in teh sand, which I thought sounded stupid but I bought it anyways, which means I'm stupid. Anyhow, I need to set up a refugium and I'm guessing that the goby has already depleted my pod population, so I wanna kick start it. Is there anywhere I can buy some online?

Thanks,
Matt

I don't think this fish is exactly a pod predator, but eats small animals from the sand bed, like worms and such. I think your pods are more likely to hide in the live rock etc.

Your not stupid. If you knew it ate pods and bought it knowing that...then you are stupid. Just do your research before purchasing your livestock and equipment. I bought a ........nah.....nevermind.  Ok...I almost went out to get some Cleaner Shrimps today. However I did a search on my current occupants (coral banded shrimp) and saved myself a headache. My Coral Banded would probably have eatin them. Have Fun!
