Shocked at how much better Remora Pro is than Remora

The title says it all. I've been using a remora on my reef for about a year and a half now and performance has been fine. I just got a used remora pro (with rio 1400) for a new FOWLR and the difference is substantial. The skimmer is much larger, and appears much, much more efficient. The difference in performance seems much more than the difference in price.

Anyone want to trade a remora for a remora pro?

The Remora is good for up to a 75gal tank while the Remora Pro is good for up to a 120gal tank. So right there the Remora Pro is almost twice the size, and if you change the pump over to a Mag 5 you'll get even better results.

I Use a mag 3 and it works great im thinking about trying a mag 5

I tried the mag 5 and flooded - mag 3 was best for me - I ran it on my 92 corner - that skimmmer rocks (but is a little pricey for a HOB)
