a few years ago the word was that the reef devil was a little inadequate in respect to it's touting.
the evo series has always had a good reputation and i would personally look at them if i was going to buy an ETSS.
i have always thought ETSS made a quality product though i have never owned one. i have an LFS here that used them exclusively on his prop systems and the action inside them looked great.
i bought a euro-reef and that LFS gave a funny look when i told him.. not a fan of the needlewheel i guess. i like it.
the reef devil you are considering.. it must be fairly new on the market? as i recall reef devils were for smaller tanks up to 125 or so.
