I am setting up my 125g reef again and have a few questions about cycling..
I acquired 75% my live rock (tonga) from a lfs who told me that it was fully cured... However I don't really believe that cause it has limited growth... The other 25% came from a local guy who was breaking down his established 5yr old reef, this rock has lots of green star polyps.
I'm attempting to cycle the rock under lights (2 x 250mh), what do I need to look out for? I'm starting to get a bit of brown algae growing on the rock but thats it so far..
